When Redback and Emma put out a call in July 2000 for more Uber Abode staff help I jumped at the chance. After all, I had been a Xenaverse lurker for three years spending the wee hours of the morning reading everything Uber Abode covered every night anyway (much to my partners' chagrin). I thought that would qualify. If that wasn't enough, maybe my being a programmer for the City of Eugene, including some of their web applications, would get me in. It did!

I started at Uber Abode in the first week of August 2000. I search the web for any new updates of the continuing stories that we monitor and update the site. What a great excuse to have to be online even more! After being a Xenaverse lurker for three years it is great to give something back for all of the pleasure I've had reading all of the great stories.

In my non-cyber life I live on 5 acres of land with 2 women, 2 dogs, 6 cats, 16 sheep, 5 ducks, and an African Gray Parrot. My hobby is READING (in between farm work)!! When I first found Xena fanfiction, my monthly allowance for books was at least $100/month. That amount has gone down considerably. My other love is sports, especially watching the University of Oregon's women's basketball team.
